DAY 1 – Welcome to the Jungle

09:15am – Just ate my first Cambridge bar, I went for the Chocolate orange… this thing is amazing!! It’s really stodgy, so I think these could make a great breakfast. Looking at the neutritional values etc, I think it’s wise to start with this earlier in the day so you can burn the calories throughout the day. Drank a pint of water as well…

15:05 – Popped to Argos and bought a Braun hand blender thing to make sure I get a smooth soup. I figure buying a cheap one and leaving it at work is alot better than carting one in each day. So… I get back to the office and mix up a cup of “Oriental Chicken” Soup. I am pleasently surprised! The texture and initial taste is quite different – but after two or so mouthfuls, it’s very likeable. I’ve also polished off another two pints of water today… thats three. Im thinking of moving my desk nearer to the toilet…. Already looking forward to my shake update this afternoon!

16:25 – Just mixed up a chocolate mint shake (cold)…. oh my god… I wish I knew about these things before hand, they are brilliant! I’m definitely ordering these again.

20:30 -  Got home from work, HUNGRY. So made my last meal pack of the day… Spicy Tomato Soup. When making it, it didn’t smell very nice – but after making it exactly as the instructions said, it was actually nicer than the chilli.

Today was a lot easier than I anticipated, I kept drinking waster like a mad thing and it seems to be ok. It’s 10pm and im feeling a little tired now though I have to admit.
